Hi, I have already reserved a seat on the 11:04 eurostar from London to Brussels on the 2nd July a few weeks ago and today my friend tried to reserve a seat on the same train. When you try to reserve it now it doesnt come up at all on raileurope and says “Not Available” on the eurostar website. My ticket seems to still be valid though and when I look at the seats the vast majority are still available, looking at other trains that day it seems all the trains that continue to Amsterdam are “Not Available”. Is this a timetable issue or are we going to need to change to the next available train?

Thank you for any help.

Indeed it's all trains to Amsterdam that aren't available yet. It's very unlikely that they're all fully booked, so I suspect they can't be booked yet because their timetables are not final yet.

Prices on the other trains are still quite low so you can afford to wait a bit. Pass reservations are available as long as the regular price (in 2nd class) is €155 or lower.
