Hi @Noreffiza Yunan

Thank you for your post! We’d like to inform you that seat reservations for Pass holders are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or selling them to someone else is not allowed and could result in a substantial fine from the railway company for the traveler attempting to use the ticket.

If you no longer need your reservation, you may want to check the reservation cancellation policy to see if you’re eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have further questions, feel free to let us know!

Eurostar pass reservations are non-refundable. Could you maybe convince Eurostar to change that?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this! While some policies might not suit everyone’s needs, the exchange option is currently the only available solution for the OP in this situation
