I want to know what kind of fare/booking condition apply to seat reservations made to FRECCIAROSSA Italian trains ? Is is possible to make changes in those reservations ? hours / days ?

There should be a reference to the applicable conditions in the confirmation email.
There's also this page, referring to appendix 1 of the booking conditions, referring to the Trenitalia conditions, which, for pass holders, say that the same conditions apply as for the BASE fare.
Basically, it looks like changes are permitted and you probably need to do that via Trenitalia.
