On the website it says that when I arrive in Patras by ferry, I will have to take a bus and a train to get to Piraeus. Where can I find the bus and train timetables? Can't find anything online. How do I know for sure that there will be?

You'll need a reservation for the bus from Patra(s), which you can get free of charge at the ticket office.
