I have booked tickets from Zurich to Hamburg, but there is a gap between two cities. I contacted Eurail customer service and have received no response. How do we get from Singen (Hohentwiel) to Baden-Baden? Thank you!

You bought no tickets as your Railpass is the ticket :) You bought reservations ;) From Zuerich to Singen and from Baden - Baden to Hamburg
between Singen and Baden - Baden you have to take a regionaltrain that can´t be reserved :)
depature from Singen at 10.07 arrival in Baden - Baden is at 12.27 (The regionaltrain goes in direction of Karlsruhe)
