Hello! We have purchased the EuroRail German passes. Our last destination is going from Munich to Prague. We read that we can use this pass on the ALX 357 train but we can’t seem to book it through the EuroRail website.
Can we use our German Rail Pass to travel to Prague?

Seemed a bit strange to me and when I checked 2 mins ago: this sector OUTside DE=Germany is NOT covered. You have to pay additional ticket from border tariff point. IF you do that advance, its not overly expensive, better to do via cd.cz=Czech rail. Via google you find the relevant leaflets + FAQs in a whim.

ALEX=ALlgäu EXpress is a RE=Regio Express and does NOT offer any REServations, just like any local train. But further on INside CZ a few more cars are added and these are apparently REServable-but brings you nothing, as you sit already.

In case youre completely unused to this and baffled: this is in fact the normal practice anywhere in EUR on local trains.

HINT; if you come back to DE after visit to golden City and its Karlovy Most=Charles bridge: via cd.cz book (fixed day/train) quite cheap ticket to either Marktredwith VIA CHEB (have to actively put that in) or Bad Schandau (or even Dresden)-on the trains to Berlin-cost around 10€, these are 1st stops In DE and can use pass again.
