I have my Europass , and have planned a trip from London to Amsterdam on the 25th September but can’t seem to reserve seats for my wife and I so then went to the other directed site sncb international which says Eurail Global Pass. is ok but then I still cant book a ticket , can someone advise what I am doing wrong

Pass cover number is needed, if you have a paper pass this is on the cover not the ticket. If you have mobile pass you do not have cover number but can get one here
There is only availability for Sep 25 on the 08.16 departure direct to Amsterdam. Alternatives are Eurostar to Brussels on the 09.01 (or the 13.01 only if you have 1st class passes) changing to hourly non-reservation IC service Brussels - Amsterdam.
