Looking to go from Gatwick Airport to London Victoria. The seat reservation tool appears to say that the Gatwick Express is included in the pass, but just want to make sure this is the case. Thanks!

You can use any train from Gatwick to London. Gatwick Express goes to Victoria without stopping but it depends where you are heading for in London. Thameslink services go to London Bridge and the City. Southern services call at Clapham Junction. As I said it depends where you are trying to get to.
Gw Ex is no more what it once used to be-and as trains on both lines run like ev 15 min there is no real need to RES etc.
In GB you can use ALL trains-except those labelled as London UNDERground (there is also OVERground-for a fine confusion) and RES as such are only mandatory on the very few overnite trains-to Scotland and Cornwall
