I have saved a journey on railplanner between Munich and Bled for April 28th but now that I searched it again it doesn’t seem to exist. It still shows it on the planner but not when searched again or even at the db website. Is there any way to travel the distance reasonably?

The timetable doesn't look complete in the planners you tried. ÖBB now says this:

So EC 213 runs in 2 parts. Just wait until shortly before you leave. Maybe the app will have been updated by then. If not, then you'll have to enter the missing bus end trains manually.

Hey

There is railway improvement works taking place on route and replacement bus is provided by OBB between the affected section. EC 213 is a direct service to Lesce Bled so you don’t need to change trains at Jesenice
