Hey there, in the train from munich to bologna the woman told me that with the interrail global pass you have to pay 10€ extra fee (additional to the seat reservation) for each highspeed train you take. Is this true ? How can i book that?

yes, for Italy that’s true.
High-speed trains cost 10 euro, InterCity 3 euro.
You can book that direct at the station without any additional booking fees. You’ll need to have your Interrail ticket with you, as they will ask for it.
