We have 7 day 1st Class Flexible Eurail passes. We are traveling with friends and booked our reservations for the Eurostar train from Lille to London separately. Our parties were assigned different coaches so we decided to and were able to change our seat reservations on the Eurostar website with no problems. However, we never received an email from Eurostar and our mobile passes have not been automatically updated. We’re not traveling until September. I tried using the help chats on both the Eurail and Eurostar websites with no luck. Any suggestions on resolving this issue are appreciated.
