They have changed the way the webpage works.
now you first have to select a drop down menu to select amongst the bookings you have made with LNER.
As you have not made one select the only option:
My booking is not listed
This opens a new page - fill in the boxes sensibly there using the Interrail pass number or (maybe this still works) 0 or 000
