Hello,

We will be travelling on a 8.48 am TGV from Valence to Antibes on Oct 2nd. We were hoping to arrive at Valence at 8.33am on a TER from Grenoble, but are now unsure if that leaves us with a too tight margin. What do you think, is 15 mins going to be enough or should we take an earlier TER instead?

15 minutes is OK. If the connection doesn't work, then you will be rebooked free of charge by SNCF staff.

Just remember to change at Valence TGV and not at Valence Ville.

Thank you @rvdborgt ! I was just worried because on the SNCF website they recommend to arrive 20 mins before any TGV departure. But good to know that 15 mins will be enough and we will have time for a quick breakfast at the hotel in Grenoble before heading off 🙂

SNCF themselves sell tickets for exactly this journey, so it's perfectly valid.
