Hi everyone,
I want to travel from Paris to Mannheim with my Interrail Pass, and they say on my trip that it is needed to book a seat (started from 21 euros). The only thing i see is on the deutsche bahn website, where i can book a seat for only 5,5 euros. Is it the one i should book or should i see on another website?

No, the 5.50€ reservation is not valid and you'll get fined by SNCF.
Either use https://int.bahn.de/en/buchung/start?KL=2&ET=PASSZUSCHLAG or Rail Europe to save the fees from interrail.eu.
