I made seat reservations through OBB and our plans have changed. While the reservations are non-refundable, I would like to cancel them so the seats can be released for other people to use. Is this possible? I can’t seem to find a way on the OBB site.

The normal-optional ones cease anyway 15 mins after dep.-and then anyone can take it. There are no refunds for that. These cost 3 / 4/5€
It is different in the overnight NJ-which cost 14/15-check their site as there may simply be some button or link
Thanks for the replies. I submitted a request through OEBB customer service and I wanted to wait for a reply before responding here. That was about 9 days ago, and I haven’t received a response yet (other than the automated “we received your question”). At this point, I feel like I’ve done my due diligence and just hope that nobody is inconvenienced by my unused reservation.
