Hi, We booked reservations for the Paris - Tarbes overnight train on the 6/7 which was cancelled  due to the French Rail strike announced the day before. We booked the reservations through the Interrail website and are at a loss as to how to go about reclaiming the reservation fees. No one either SNCF or interrail has been in touch. Any ideas??

Hi Simon,

When a train has been cancelled and you bought a seat reservation with Self-service, I would advise you to get in contact with the customer service of Eurail/Interrail, since they would have to request the refund for that reservation to the railway company involved.

Have a lovely day!
