How to get a reservation for TER buses?

Was trying to board a bus from Nantes to NOIRMOUTIER. Interrail tells me the ride is free with the TER replacement bus. However the scanner would not recognize the QR code and, being the last jus, I ended up paying 22 Euro for the ticket. I am still up for my journey back and very much would be interested on how to get a free reservation the bus driver recognizes.

You should report this to Customer Support so that they can refund you the 22 EUR . Please use the link below.
