The Norwegian railway company (Vy) has indeed suspended all international connections, though there are replacement buses on some routes. The Pass is valid for travel on replacement buses offered by the SJ (the Swedish railway company), though there are really not many connections available (most likely between Oslo and Gothenburg/Stockholm: https://www.sj.se/en/traffic-info/track-work/scheduled-track-work.html##western). Unfortunately, it looks like this situation will not change before your travels; I suggest you look into private bus companies that may runthis route (which would not be covered by the Pass).
