I booked reservations on the website but nothing appears in my reservation overview.

Hey! I booked 3 seats on the website, did the payment, and it’s been a few hours and nothing appears on my reservations… I tried sending an email to customerservice@interrail.eu and it didn’t work.. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you very much and any help is appreciated.
