I bought 2nd class reservations on Italian trains through interrail site and I received 1st class reservations that i cannot use.

A month ago, I bought 2nd class reservations on Italian trains through interrail site and I received 1st class reservations that i cannot use.

I emailed support back then and added a message to a pre-existing thread on the same problem.  Since then I created a new topic on the problem and emailed support twice. I can see the issue in the knowledge base still open.

My issue has progressed from a problem to be fixed, to an urgent request, and then to a request for a refund.

After 1 month i have not had any reply from the interrail team.  

what else can i do?

Book your seats via ÖBB and just wait for the refund to be processed. It will take time but they'll get to it eventually.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.

How can you use the interrail pass with OBB without paying the full fare please ?

choose the one way ticket option and then at adult choose as discount Interrail/Eurail Global Pass

For Italian domestic  Nighttrains not possible only for the International ones to Munich/Vienna 

 

 

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
