The system failed to book the correct journey, the wrong time was then booked, then the correct journey was booked, then the refund processed ended up cancelling the correct trip and leaving the wrong one.
My family of 4 are set to travel later this week and it means a whole bunch of our other connections don’t work. Spaces on Eurostar trains are limited for interrail. How can I resolve this?
