I cant book a reservation, because when i enter my email it does nothing

Hi,

my problem is that when I want to book my reservation and want to pay, I can't put a email in the field. But my email is already in the field but grey highlighted, and I can't chance or enter it, so the field is still grey. That's why when I want to continue with my booking I can't click on the yellow button.

I'm sorry if I'm just lost, or its a general proble.

Which route are you trying to reserve? Usually the field is grey when Eurail cant reserve a train.
