I really need help quick because I will be travelling very soon and I paid for 3 seat reservations on the route Bruxelles midi- Paris Nord and it said I should get a confirmation mail in 30 minutes but I did not receive anything. However I placed 3 more orders after this one and got all the tickets immediately so it is not a problem of payment or on my side. the customer service is not responding for 2 weeks and I really do not want to pay again ...

I have the exact same problem
This might be due to an issuing error. If you do not receive your e-tickets and cannot find it in your reservation overview. You can reach out to our customer service team to request either a refund or ask us to re-book it on your behalf. It seems that these tickets in particular have been refunded.
I have the same problem! And costumer service hasn’t gotten back to me yet. I know the tickets are on high demand so want to make sure I can secure my seat.
