I really need help quick because I will be travelling very soon and I paid for 3 seat reservations on the route Bruxelles midi- Paris Nord and it said I should get a confirmation mail in 30 minutes but I did not receive anything. However I placed 3 more orders after this one and got all the tickets immediately so it is not a problem of payment or on my side. the customer service is not responding for 2 weeks and I really do not want to pay again ...
