Hi, about 2 weeks ago I booked seat reservations for my EU rail pass for my family on the TGV from Perpignan to Paris on 27 Aug. My credit card has been charged but I've had no email conformation, and when I email customer services I get no response. Any ideas how to sort this would be welcome, thanks!
