I would like to exchange my pass for another

Hello all,

I am wondering if it is possible to exchange a pass for another (and pay the difference of course). 
or I would have to cancel my pass and order a new one ?

According answers in older posts you have to cancel your old pass and buy a new one.

What is your route? Maybe we find trips that you can do by standard tickets pretty cheap and doesn´t need a new pass :)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

Hi @Jérémy Martin-Cocher, what Pass would you like to exchange? What Pass would you like to have in return? Do you have a promotional Pass or a standard one and did you purchase '’plus'’ in the check out? If you can provide me with this information, I can help you further.
