Iryo seat reservation

The last poste is now 17 days old and still the reservation by IRYO isn’t working.
Will this problem solved soon?

Hi all

just a short update: I tried today to book seats in the Iryo service center in Madrid and I can confirm it is still not working and the staff refused to issue seat reservations for Interrail pass owners.

I see three options:
i) fix the actual problem with the online reservations
ii) at least teach the team of Iryo to issue seat reservations (just ask them to issue normal tickets and discount the price to the price of the seat reservation)
If i) and ii) isn’t working update the connections of Iryo to “not included in pass network” (because this is the actual truth!)

I ask the ​@Eurail Community Moderator to update their posts and related websites since the currently provided information is (in the best case) misleading and you are selling a product with incorrect product description!

Interesting, not for me apparently. I received the same (already shared above in German) error message on all Iryo connections I tried. 

I can reproduce the error for Malaga-Zaragoza indeed. There are free seats though:

This appears to have been caused by a temporary glitch. I have just checked the route and can see that price results are displaying correctly again.
 

Thanks for checking, I can confirm that it is working now and I was able to book the Iryo connection.

Well, the Iryo reservation is again not working. I got the same error message as Volker had, although one can see on the Iryo website that there are seats availabe on the train (Barcelona-Madrid).

… And I just called the Iryo booking agency at +34 910 150 097, the employee informed that they do not make any seat-reservation for an interrail traveller, unless they sell the ticket at the full fare, which on the leg I am planning to travel, is 70 Euros.
So if they are not behaving as an Interrail partner, why are they listed on the Interrail websit and timetable…???
(I hope they are not getting any flat revenues from participating in InterRail as long as they do not act like a partner?)
