No not too early, almost all timetables for Italian Trains after timetable change 12th June are online at Trenitalia.com and other European railways like bahn.com maybe Eurail.com and the app are not up-to-date.

Again-likely you did not read ALL info. canNOT make direct online REServ on Trenitalia site, but can do via oebb.at. Manual for that see sebastian seewulf -many times on this forum
