I’m trying to take the night train from Romania to Hungary in December but this trip is only available with a paper ticket. Unfortunately the ticket can’t be delivered to me in time and I can’t delay my trip. Is there a way to only purchase a reservation and not a ticket? (since I already have a pass) I checked the webpage of the Romanian railways but they unfortunately do not offer this option for international trains. Does anyone have any advice?

this is the train from Bucuresti Nord to Budapest - Keleti which departs at 17:45. I haven’t gone to the international ticket office yet but I will do so as soon as possible to see what can be arranged.
