If I take the train to Sofia, does the sleeper goes to Plovdiv ?

The information here (and Seat 61 is very reliable) suggests that it only does the full journey from June 2.
Until then, it only runs from Istanbul to Dimitrovgrad

To go to Bucuresti, you need to change three times (very early: Dimitrovgrad 4.17 / 6.00), Gorna Orjachowiza (10.35 / 11.25) and Ruse (13.20 / 14.15). The sleeper goes Halkalı - Dimitrovgrad.
Regarding Sofia, this should be a data error. Sleeper and couchette carriages should be attached to the connecting train that arrives Sofia at 9.23 (no need to change).
