Köln Hbf to Utrecht Centraal

Hi,

I have seat reservations with DB from Köln Hbf, 23.12.2025 08:49 to Utrecht Centraal, 23.12.2025 10:59. The train is ICE 220.

When I search in the Eurail app this train journey does not show up. It does not let me select Köln Hbf as an option for the outgoing train station.

When I try to add the trip manually, the dates and times seem to be getting messed up and it shows the journey as 26+ hours. I do not want to add this trip as I am worried that it will use 2 days of the Eurail pass instead of the 1 day as the journey is around 2 hours.

Can someone please advise what would be the best option to do here?

It is not necessary to add journeys in advance. The Rail Planner app will probably be updated until 23.12.25 and this train will appear. Ensure that apps are automatically updated on your phone. Type Koeln instead of Köln.

In such cases, always check the timetable on the official sites, e.g. bahn.de or install also the DB Navigator app and save the journey in this app. You will get mails or notifications if the schedule changes.
