Krakow to Berlin EC56 - reservation but does Eurail cover this?

Hello

I booked a reservation a few months back via DB for the EC56 from Krakow Gl to  Berlin HBF. But now when I check the Eurail app/ site, that train isn’t listed. I have the Eurail 1st class global pass.

How can I check that my pass is valid on that direct train?

Cheers

Jon

Hi, yes the EC is included as it is a train of the operator PKP IC in Poland and DB in Germany.

You need a compulsory reservation.

Thank you. I also just checked on the https://www.intercity.pl/en/ site and I can buy a reservation there with my Eurail pass as well. So it was strange that the Eurail / interail app didn’t even list that route.

thanks again!

The Rail Planner app is often the last place to receive updates and should never be used to plan. Whether or not a train is visible in the app does not have any influence on the validity of the pass. You can always add a train manually.
