does anybody know, what the meaning of N/A referring to reservations means?

There it means not available: the app can't find any prices. Not that the prices that it does find are reliable…
The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website. You can look at the guide in the link:
