I booked three tickets for Madrid–Barcelona, but I only received the receipt for all three and only two actual tickets by email. The missing ticket is for my 3-year-old son. On top of that, the two tickets I received are in different coaches. I’ve already written to Eurail three times and only got one reply saying they would look into it.

Regarding the carriages, the system automatically assigns available seats at that moment; hence, it may happen that there is no more space on 1 carriage, so the other seat is booked on the other available carriage.
