Missing e-ticket reservation Lausanne --> Paris

this morning I reserved a seat in a train Lausanne --> Paris, I received by mail a confirmation of payment, but I have no ticket with the indicated seat. I contacted the assistance but no answer. 
I don't know how to handle the situation :/
