We made several reservations with the interrail tool. We indicated that we wanted second class seats (non-silence). The interrail system did make the reservations for us, however, most of them are in a silent compartment.
This is not the biggest problem because two of our seats are actually business silenzio 1st class reservations. The order confirmation indicates we booked second class, but the actual reservations don't. I have contacted interrail two weeks ago but still don't have a reply.
Does anybody have the same issue? How did they solve it?
