Purchased two global passes for 7 days already, our trip is only on 3rd April but can seem to figure how to reserve seats from Amsterdam Centraal or Rotterdam to Eiffel Paris.

Eurostar trains have a passholder quota. Looks like most trains are sold out on 3rd April. Here are your options:
- direct Eurostar Rotterdam Centraal - Paris-Nord 08:58 - 11:35 -> convenient, fast, book ASAP (32€ pp)
- hourly ECD Amsterdam - Rotterdam - Antwerp + IC Antwerp - Kortrijk - Lille-Flandres, all reservation-free. Then TGV high-speed train to Paris-Nord (10€).
- fully reservation-free via Charleroi and Maubeuge (it takes a while but I've done it)
- hourly ECD to Brussels, Ouigo Brussels - Paris 13:38 - 16:44 (22€ ticket, Eurail not valid)

+4Another option if the 07:58 or 08:58 direct Eurostars don't suit you is to book a passholder reservation between Brussels and Paris and head to Brussels on an earlier ECD. There is a wider availability of passholder fares between Brussels and Paris, with the departures at 15:43, 16:13, 18:13 and 20:13 (from Brussels) still having passholder fares available (€27)
