I have selected all my reservations, want to pay but there is always a message that my data cannot be stored, so I can not pay. How can I change that or what am I doing wrong?

I've never seen that error. Are you trying to book via Interrail? Then book elsewhere:
https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm
That will also be cheaper in almost all cases.
