my railpass app is stuck

my app is stuck in a loop trying to activate the journey I wanted. it is stuck for hours and the app is not responding to any attempts to make it work. I have a photo of it but cannot send it here.

You can copy and paste a screenshot directly into a comment here. A screenshot would really be helpful, plus the steps to get to the state in the screenshot.

First, restart your phone and check for app updates. And make sure you have a good internet connection.

If that doesn't work, then:

    And check the information they need in your request:
    Also tell them when you need the pass. A concrete date/time, not "ASAP” or "urgent”.
