My reservations are not showing up in the mobile app

I'm hoping someone can help. I have purchased my reservations on the website, but they are not showing on the app. 
If I try to add a journey in the app, the journeys I have reserved are not available on the time table. 

How do I get tickets please? 

totally confused. 

should I remove the app and start again?

Your tickets will be in the app once you add the journeys to your pass.

Reservations however are entirely separate and will not be visible in the app.

If there are trains you can't find in the app, check for app updates. Normally, the app will have been updated with the correct timetable by the time you travel. If not, then you can add a journey manually. Although you should (for now) not do that on an iPhone, since that can stil trigger a bug.
