Please could someone advise the cheapest route (ie lowest reservations) travelling from Naples to Paris in a single day, likely to be 20 May, or thereabouts.

I think that the best route is via Switzerland: Napoli - Milano - Basel - Paris.
It is cheaper if you travel between Milano and Lugano with a regional train and between Basel and Paris via Strasbourg. TGV timetables from Strasbourg to Paris are currently not available for this date.

Do you have any idea how far in advance the TGV timetables are released, or would it just be a case of checking?
