A few days ago, I purchased the '̈bb Vorteilscard Jugend' effective from January 2025. I'd like to make a reservation for flight NJ 457, departing from Berlin Hbf at 19:21 on January 22 and arriving at Wien Hbf at 7 a.m., but it says 'Ticket not available'. s this train not discounted? I'd like to know why I can't make a reservation.

Do you have a Eurail Pass? If so, the discount is much greater than the Vorteilscard one. The Vorteilscard only applies on fully flexible tickets (expensive) as well.

A couchette is 79.90€ without discounts (124.90€ flexible), 79.90€ with Vorteilscard (94.90€ flexible) and with Eurail 34.90€.
Where did you try to make this reservation? It seems to work on oebb.at.
Or do you have a problem only when you give the number of your card? I don’t have this card and I cannot try.
