No confirmation by email for a reservation booking


Dear

On 12/06 I made a reservation for Brussels-Paris (25/06) and Paris-Brussels (25/06). The money has gone out of my account but I have not yet received a confirmation by mail. 25/06 is approaching and I would like to have my tickets. Who can help me with this?

Check in your account, in the Reservations Overview. You should normally also be able to download your reservations there. If not, contact customer support and clearly state your travel date, so they can prioritise correctly.

For next time: Belgian railways can make these reservations at their international ticket offices without any booking fees.

There is no reservation in the Reservations Overview but I have paid for it. I have prove of that. I will contact support. I hope they can help me.
