No reservation possible Mannheim - Paris Est

Please Help!

My girlfriend and I are leaving on Wednesday from Hanover to Nizza via Mannheim - Paris Est. Thats an ICE and we have to have seat reservations. Unfortunatly it’s just not possible to reserve any seating on this connection. Not via the Interrail Website, nor via Deutsche Bahn. Why is that and how can i fix it?? Do i have to make a reservation by calling somewhere or what do i have to do?

Visit the DB Reisezentrum or call DB and pick the reservation up

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
