Hi, this is my first interrail, now I'm in hamburg, i need to go to Schleswig but, i see and the app and web site told me, i don't need reservation, my answers is, "if i enter without reservation where i can seat?".

On any free seat :) on ICE's and IC's you have next to the seats small displays that Show between which stations the seats are reserved on some Trains its still done with paper :D
As the trains to Schleswig are regional train there are usually no reservable seats and you can just take any free seat :)
