In https://www.eurail.com/en/plan-your-trip/railway-map
The map shows there are available station at some city of Lithuania, latvia and Estonia. In rail planner app doesn't show those station at all.
Why is that?

Because these Countries are currently not Covered by the Railplanner App :/
You have to use the Apps and Websites of the local railcompanies to find your route and add each trip manually to your Pass :/
