I cannot find trains from Divaca to Pula and from Pula to Zagreb. How is it possibile?

Which travel date? Timetables might not be published yet.
Note that Pula-Zagreb includes a bus at some point -> it is included in your pass.

July 2025, so maybe it’s too early?
I was confused because for other parts of my journey timetables were already available.

Yes it’s a bit too early for most countries, including Italy. Germany, Austria and Switzerland usually publish a single timetable for the whole year but it might be altered due to engineering works closer to travel.
You can look at last summer’s timetable. They shouldn’t be much different. For example there is a single daily Divaca-Pula train at 8:05am → don’t miss it!
