I have made a reservation for me and my friends to go from la Spezia to Padova (Italy) but I am not able to click to validate the reservation and pay.
How can I solve that ?

Hello, I appreciate that this information is much too late to be useful, but just in case other travelers were running into the same issue: If you're unable to proceed to payment, please clear your cart, log out and back in and retry the reservations. If the error persists, you can also clear your browser's cache and cookies before trying again. We also have alternative reservations listed per country here.
+11I can’t help, but you could try to book via tickets.oebb.at (one way ticket - at 1x adult choose discount Interrail/Eurail Global Pass) or at the Trenitalia Ticket Office at Paris Gare de Lyon. Maybe also SNCF can sell Reservations for Italy (2019 it was possible, now I don’t know)
Should be fairly easy to avoid treni with RES-its a kind of roundabout route and needs changes anyway (Firenze SMN and or/ Bologna)
