I would like to travel from Chartres to Pontorson Mont St Michel (France) at 15:12 on 24 June. I am getting an error message, “Not Included in Pass.” I would like to purchase the ticket but don’t see a button for the transaction. What do I do?

The first train between Chartres and Rennes indeed isn't covered by Interrail - it's operated by Ouigo. You have to buy it separately from Ouigo or SNCF.
The good news that it's currently only €10 to Chartres, or €16 for the full journey to Pontorson.
