So basically I was already booking the required seat reservations and I was able to book all of them, but not my Innsbruck Hbf - Wien Hbf train.
It is the NJ 19947 Nightjet, from OBB. It is weird, because I have already booked other seats with this company and there’s no issue at all. Dates are all around the same week, so I don’t really understand why wouldn’t I be able to book these seats. I don’t see any support email in their website to ask…

For reserving the nightjet you can not use the seats only checkmark but instead you have to select interrail under the discount selection. (seats should cost 5 - 10€ to reserve, other options more)
Could you indicate us the day and time of departure? Otherwise, we cannot give you an advice.
I would rather take one of the faster day trains on that route. (but maybe you have a good reason for doing this section overnight)
