I have purchased a Euro pass first class. I have booked the trip Bergen-Oslo and the ticket says first class. However when I try to make seat reservation for the trip, the only option I have is for second class seats. Am I missing something?

In Norway if I am not wrong, there is no first class. But there is a part with better seating and reservations for free, and Eurail 1st class Users can use this special area. For this reservations you have to call Entur Call Center in Norway.

This is correct. I travelled through Norway with a 1st class pass this summer :)
+5In the premium section (carriage 1) there is a free drinks machine for tea and coffee, It’s a good perk with Norwegian prices!! Make sure you tell the operator at Entur you have a 1st class pass. Reservations on this route are compulsory.

How do you mean that you "have booked a ticket"?
If you have a Eurail pass you don't need to book a ticket. The pass is your ticket. The only thing you need in addition to your pass is the seat reservation.
